In 2012,  we were invited to represent the finest caterers in the Uk and spend two weeks in Weymouth at the sailing Olympics. We packed an oven, a ton of logs, big smiles and enough tents for a small village. It was an incredible experience to be part of this event and to be chosen because we cook some of the finest pizza the UK. We spent every sunny day overlooking  a blue sea and had fun with the athletes and spectators. The work was frantic and hot but we enjoyed every minute of it and made some great friends.
